Sean "Diddy" Combs may face new charges as he remains incarcerated in New Jersey. The Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office is reviewing a case involving allegations of sexual battery against Combs, as reported by USA TODAY. Music publicist Jonathan Hay claims Combs sexually battered him in 2020 and 2021.

The allegations, first reported by CNN, include incidents where Combs allegedly engaged in inappropriate conduct involving Hay during a project with Christopher "The Notorious B.I.G." Wallace's son, CJ Wallace. Hay filed a police report in Largo, Florida, detailing these events, which the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department is now investigating.

Combs, who is currently serving a 50-month sentence at Fort Dix Prison in New Jersey for federal prostitution-related charges, has denied all allegations. His legal team, as reported by New York Post, describes the claims as false and defamatory.

The investigation is ongoing, and Hay is cooperating with authorities, hoping for further criminal charges. Combs is scheduled for release in February 2028, but the new investigation could impact his legal situation.
