Dunkin' is set to release its popular Iced Beverage Buckets nationwide on Friday (May 22), just in time for Memorial Day weekend. Each 48-ounce bucket, priced at $12.99, can be filled with Dunkin's signature iced coffee or Refreshers and will be available at participating locations across the country. However, availability is limited, with only 25 buckets per store.

The Iced Beverage Buckets gained viral fame after a successful test run in New England earlier this year. Social media platforms, particularly TikTok, were flooded with posts from customers amused by the bucket's size. According to Dunkin', the buckets are fully customizable, allowing customers to choose their preferred flavors, caffeine levels, and sweetness.

Dunkin' Rewards members can enjoy additional perks during this promotion. From May 20 to May 24, members can earn triple points on Refreshers, and from May 25 to May 31, they can participate in the Afternoon Streak offer to earn extra points. Food & Wine reports that the buckets are equivalent to two medium iced coffees and have become a trending topic on social media.

The launch of these oversized drinks is part of Dunkin's strategy to capitalize on viral trends and offer unique products to its customers. As People notes, the introduction of the Iced Beverage Buckets is accompanied by a variety of new summer menu items, including Refreshers and the Oreo Cloud Latte.
