A photo of President Donald Trump has raised new health concerns.

Trump was seen with what appears to be a rash and some scabs on his neck below his right ear, as shared by TMZ on Monday (March 2). The photo was taken as the president addressed reporters for the first time since launching Operation Epic Fury, the ongoing major combat operation that resulted in the death of Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei, over the weekend.

Trump had previously been spotted with large bruises on his hands, which he claimed in January was due to him having "clipped" his left hand on the signing table while attending the Board of Peace event at the World Economic Forum in Davos, Switzerland.

“I clipped it on the table,” Trump said aboard Air Force One via CNN's Samantha Waldenberg.

“I put a little — what do they call it? — cream on it. But I clipped it,” he added.

The White House shared a similar statement addressing the large bruise on Trump's hand seen while signing the charter inaugurating the global board.

“At the Board of Peace event today in Davos, President Trump hit his hand on the corner of the signing table, causing it to bruise,” White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt said in a statement obtained by CNN.

Trump initially showed left-hand bruising in late 2025, leading to more questions about his health. The president told the Wall Street Journal that he takes a higher dose of daily aspirin than recommended by his doctors, which he said "is good for thinning out the blood," during an exclusive interview earlier this month.
