McDonald's menu drops never disappoint!

According to KTLA, the popular fast-food company just announced the return of their Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese to menus nationwide this month!

The menu items are well-known as fan-favorites, and customers across the U.S. are extremely excited for their comeback.

Both sandwiches feature "a quarter-pound beef patty, American cheese, Applewood Smoked Bacon, tomato, shredded lettuce and a special, smoky BLT sauce on a toasted sesame seed bun." McDonald's Menu Spotter described the one-of-a-kind sauce as "sweet and tangy, savory and garlicy sauce that has a lingering smokines."

The Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese will return to menus nationwide for a limited time only beginning on July 10th.

KTLA mentioned that prices of McDonald's menu items that used to be considered "value meals," like the iconic Big Mac, are continuously on the rise. In fact, the popular chain currently has the fifth-highest average meal price among American fast-food companies at "$7.57, a 22% increase over 2022 ($6.21)."

In an effort to provide a more affordable option for customers, the company announced a "$5 meal deal" for a limited time only in June. Information regarding the price of The Smoky BLT Quarter Pounder with Cheese and the Smoky BLT Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese has yet to be revealed as customers around the country ready for their return.
