Elon Musk's privately funded space exploration company, SpaceX, is attempting to expand it's launch site. Part of the process is receiving approval from the FAA. The FAA says that Musk can expand, only if it meets the 75 environmental impacts they find important.

However, some of the needs to be met seem a bit far-fetched. Protect Lizards? Book Reports?
