Kentanji Brown Jackson, President Joe Biden's nomination for the Supreme Court, faced the first day of questioning from various Senators. The questions ranged in topics, from Critical Race Theory, to Religion, and even womanhood. Jackson's answers were measured, with any potentially contentious answers prefaced with "all due respect."

On a new episode of "Armstrong and Getty's Select Cuts" Podcast, Jack Armstrong and Joe Getty react to the questions that Mrs. Jackson faced. Joe says one question was particularly out of line, and certain swaths of the population place too much emphasis on religious importance to African Americans.
