It's frustrating to watch the beautiful city of Portland descend into chaos. That's what's happened as civil rights protests supporting the Black Lives Matter movement have been hijacked by groups intent on burning down the city.

Daryl Turner is a peace officer with the Portland Police Bureau (and president of the Portland Police Association). He joined Armstrong & Getty to detail Portland City Hall's unwillingness to protect the citizens of Rip City.
