Appearing on NYC's Breakfast Club Morning Show, Biden answered some pointed questions from host Charlamagne The God about his public presence during the pandemic, his record supporting the black community and his VP prospects.
While Biden's defensive tone seemed out of place, it was his final comment that only adds to notion that perhaps Ol' Joe's elevator isn't getting to the top floor....
