Cook County Schools in Illinois will adjust their grading scales to account for the skin color or ethnicity of their kids next year.

The goal is to equalize test scores between different students. It also allows the students to retake tests, and does not take attendance, behavior, or late work into factor.

Jack Armstrong and Joe Getty react to the new scale. Joe says this is perverted, racist, and madness. What is the thought process? Who does this help?
