· Unlicensed driving:Steward N. Bullock, 35, of Kingston, was arrested by Ulster County sheriff’s deputies at about 1:30 a.m. Friday, July 31, after a traffic stop. He was charged with the felony of aggravated unlicensed driving, the misdemeanor of driving with a suspended registration and the infraction of driving without a license. The Sheriff’s Office said Bullock had more than 10 suspensions on his driver’s license. He was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Coxsackie
· DWAI-drugs:Steven J. Meisser, 64, of Merrick, was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 9:41 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on Mansion Street in the village and charged with misdemeanor driving while ability impaired by drugs. Meisser was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Village Court.
· Stalking:Evan W. VanDeusen, 28, of Torrington, Conn., was arrested by state police at Coxsackie at 10:51 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on Stacey Road in the town and charged with stalking, a misdemeanor. VanDeusen was released with a ticket for Coxsackie Town Court.
Esopus
· DWAI-drugs:Jason J. Lowe, 40, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:25 p.m. Wednesday, July 28, on U.S. Route 9W and charged with the misdemeanors of driving while ability impaired by drugs and possession of a controlled substance. He was released with tickets for Esopus Town Court.
Livingston
· Contempt of a court order:Patrick M. Lupoli, 26, of Elizaville, was arrested by state police at Claverack at 4:55 p.m. Thursday, July 30, and charged with misdemeanor contempt of a court order. Lupoli’s status was unavailable.
New Paltz
· Endangering/DWI:Shannon M. Inger, 34, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Highland at 2:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on state Route 299 in the town and charged with the felony of drunken driving with a child and the misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of a child and driving while ability impaired by drugs. Inger was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
· DWI:Susan Salanitri, 57, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Highland at 11:15 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on Main Street in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Salanitri was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
· DWI:Brendan C. Mullally, 46, of New Paltz, was arrested by state police at Gardiner at 11:18 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on Albany Post Road in the town and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Mullally was released with tickets for New Paltz Court.
Town of Ulster
· Drugs:Quinton Ruffin, 62, of Ellenville, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 5:30 p.m. Thursday, July 30, at state police barracks, 1791 U.S. Route 209, and charged with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance, criminal impersonation, aggravated unlicensed driving and suspended registration. Ruffin was released with tickets for Ulster Town Court.
Wallkill
· Obstruction of governmental administration:Lubin C. Castano, 33, of Wawarsing, was arrested by state police at Wawarsing at 1:01 p.m. Thursday, July 30, on Ballard Road and charged with the misdemeanors of obstruction of governmental administration, reckless endangerment, resisting arrest, fleeing an officer in a motor vehicle, aggravated unlicensed driving and reckless driving. Castano was released with tickets for Shawangunk Town Court.
Kingston
· DWI:June A. Wilson, 55, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 3:56 a.m. on Friday, July 31, on Albany Avenue and charged with misdemeanor drunken driving. Wilson was released with a ticket for Kingston City Court.
· DWI:Martin J. Corte, 37, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 11:37 p.m. Friday, July 31, on Broadway, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Corte was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
· DWI:Cesar A. Toribio, 39, of Kingston, was arrested by state police at Ulster at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, at the intersection of Albany Avenue and Colonel Chandler Drive, and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Toribio was released with tickets for Kingston City Court.
Catskill
· Aggravated family offense:Edward J. Marino, 31, of South Cairo, was arrested by state police at Cairo at 11:23 a.m. Friday, July 31, and charged with the felony of aggravated family offense and with misdemeanor contempt of a court order. Marino’s status was unavailable.
Cairo
· Drugs:Ian J. Shaham, 26, of Troy, and Diane E. Ball, 26, of Earlton, were arrested by state police at Catskill at 1:28 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, on Main Street in Cairo. Shaham was charged with felony possession of a controlled substance (narcotic drug with intent to sell), and with the misdemeanors of possession of a controlled substance and manufacturing drug-related paraphernalia. Ball was charged with misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance. They were both released with ticket for Cairo Town Court.
Gardiner
· DWI:Andrew J. Cagle, 26, of Washington, D.C., was arrested by state police at Highland at 12:10 a.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, on Bruynswick Road and charged with the misdemeanors of driving with a blood-alcohol level at or exceeding 0.08 percent and drunken driving. Cagle was released with tickets for Gardiner Town Court.
